The Metabolic Pulse website is an online resource for diabetes healthcare providers, developed to provide a forum for information, discussion and learning. As part of this initiative, this website offers both CME and non-CME activities.

The educational content on this site is focused on practical, treatment-based approaches that address the following key issues regarding diabetes:

• How to approach patients in a clinical setting.
• How to assess and treat patients appropriately, given the degree of complexity of today's medical treatments and technologies.
